We got to be a part of Josh and Christina's baby shower at the end of August and celebrate the soon to be arrival of baby girl King! We are SO excited for them and can't wait to meet her!

California trip for Alec
We took a trip with Grandma Bennett to David and Lindsay's at the end of August to meet our new cousin Alec and play with our other cousins! We had a great time snuggling that cute baby boy and Chad was in heaven with Logan, Ava and Lacy!
Our 4 year old goes to Pre-K!
Our big 4 year old started Pre-K on August 5th at Elona Early Childhood Development Center which is located at the new Cooley Middle School. He was SO excited to go to a BIG school and buy a new backpack! He was sad to see mom and dad go but we are working on it and have improved already. His teacher is Mrs. Legg and his favorite part of school so far is recess and snack!

Soccer and T-Ball
We signed Chad up for Soccer and T-ball through Gilbert Parks and Recreation this summer. He had 5 weeks of indoor soccer skill practice and then 5 weeks of T-ball skill practice. He had a fun time once he warmed up and was able to leave mom and dad. The best part was the ribbon at the end of the classes!
Fourth of July
We had Grandma and Grandpa Bennett, Leah, Carl and cousins over for a Carne Asada BBQ at our house for the 4th. After dinner uncle Alan put on a firework show for us and we did sparklers!
