Picture Tag!
It's a "PICTURE TAG" and this is how it goes. Go to your pictures and go to the 5th folder. Then open up the 5th picture and post it. Then tag 5 people when you are done. Have fun!

Waiting Game
So I don't know if I've mentioned that Abby (Our Lab) is pregnant again. I know your thinking "Seriously?" but this time was PURE accident, we were so careful at not letting them together and one morning Alan left for a church activity and had them separated and I woke up to them together, so apparently that's all it took, go figure. :) So I've now managed to talk Alan into fixing Abby after this litter so we don't have this "accident" again. She is now 58 days, last litter came on day 59 so we are waiting for her to pop anytime. Not only that, but this weekend we are headed to Cali for a good friends wedding and put my poor sister Leah (who is not really a huge fan of animals) in charge. Thanks Leah :) We love you! I'll post pictures when she finally has them, I bet we have over 8 this time! She is HUGE! Anyone want a puppy?

Update
Sorry, I officially stink at updating my blog. These last few weeks have been pretty busy. We managed to have two more birthdays since Cade's, Carson turned one on the 26th , and Leah turned older :) on the 27th. The family got together for Carson's bday at James and Megan's to celebrate. Carson loved getting a cupcake and shoving it into his mouth! It was too cute!
The next weekend Alan and I left on Thursday morning for some time at Mom and Dad's to clear our minds from school, work and all the activities here and have some fun! We had a great time, it's always nice to go home for the weekend! We went to my mom's school for library night, to the mall, and miniature golfing, not to mention ate tons of food, and had a blast! Thanks Dad and Mom!
This last week was jam packed with school all week for both Alan and I and we had some friends visiting from out of town, so this weekend we enjoyed sleeping in and doing nothing. We did manage to go to dinner with David and Lindsay and the Aloha Fest with the Alisa's which was alot of fun too!
This week is Spring Break for both Alan and I, although, being that I have a huge test on Monday I wouldn't call it a "break" but at least I don't have to get up early and go to school or the hospital for a 12 hour shift! It would be nice to have nothing to do but I guess cant complain about studying everyday :( with no school. Tomorrow we have our 2nd Ultrasound which will be fun to go see Chad again. Last ultrasound they called and said I had a low lying placenta so they just are checking to be sure its moved up as my tummy has grown. I'm sure we'll have more pictures to post tomorrow! :)
Hope everyone has a great week!

Happy 4th Birthday Cade!
Today some of the fam got together for lunch at Red Robin (a kid favorite) to celebrate Cade's 4th birthday. We did just a little birthday today but Sunday is the family party and BBQ to really celebrate (AKA opening presents!) Sarah and Leah had taken Cade, Isaac, Jake and Jessica to a Dinosaur exhibit before lunch and Cade really enjoyed it so the whole time at lunch he kept asking Leah to go to Jake's to play Dinosaur! He didnt even want to eat...that was until the Happy Birthday ice cream came! :) Jessi was more than willing to help Cade finish off his ice cream and her own! Here are some pictures:

Update
Well we've officially have made it to the halfway mark of our pregnancy! Yeah! I had a Doc appt Friday and baby is moving along as planned! It's pretty amazing to be sitting in school concentrating and all of a sudden you feel a little flick or a couple at one time. I told Alan from the beginning it was a boy cause everytime we listen to his heartbeat, the little guy is moving around just like his super active daddy!
School is going well, tomorrow I have an IV practicum and then Tuesday, my first Exam that I'm looking forward to being over and passed. Can't wait till Wednesday! Alan has a Quiz tomorrow and his first Biology Exam Wednesday so we have been studying all day!
That's all for now!

And the winner is...
A BOY!
Yep, we are expecting our first baby BOY!
This morning we had our Ultrasound and found out that we are definetly having a little Alan. When we walked into the Ultrasound, the tech asked if we wanted to know what we are having and we both answered "Yes!" so of course they tell you that they will let you know at the end once they check all the important things, i.e. brain, heart, you know! So before we walked in there I told Alan that was what they'd say so IF I saw before (knowing they would check thigh bones) I was going to tell him! And guess what? As the ultrasound tech measured the thigh bone I saw something peeking out and I poked Alan's shoulder and whispered "BOY!" At the end of the Ultrasound the Tech said "Okay, ready to know what you've having?" and I said "IT'S A BOY!" and she said "Yep, it's a boy!" Needless to say, we are super excited! We were in and out in 30 minutes, the Doc still needs to look at the images and confirm everything is healthy since we had the Tech do it, but I'm sure everything is all well! Can't wait till June 27th to meet our little guy!
(Sorry about the pictures, I dont have a scanner at home so they are photos of the photos!)
It's a Boy!
