My Valentines

This is what I came home to last night after going out to dinner with Alan. Seriously, what kind of guy does this?! I thought it was so creative and thoughtful! It makes me smile everytime I see it because I can imagine him putting it together!

Here is our LOVE STORY:

1. Where did you meet your husband/wife?

He said: We first met at oak avenue, but we truly got aquainted in Mr.Randels class when I sat next to her to hit on her during class.

She said: Jr. High/High School. We hung around the same friends. He became my Math Tutor and the rest is history! Which is actually a funny story because the last thing Alan did in High School was actual school work!

2. What was the first thing you said to your husband/wife?

He said: What's up beautiful!!

She said: I don’t remember exactly. I knew who he was but had never talked to him and I actually liked his friend so probably “Your friend is cute.”

3. Who asked who on the first date?

He said: I did.

She said: Alan did.

4. What was your first date?

He said: Baliey House on Christmas Eve.

She said: We drove up to the Baliey House to look at the Christmas Lights.

5. Where was your first kiss?

He said: Her house while tutoring her! ;)

She said: Sitting on my couch at my parents house

6. Did you have a long or short engagement/courtship?

He said: We dated for 8 years and the rest is history.

She said: Long Courtship, 8 years and our engagement was only 5 months. When we were ready we were ready!

7. Where did you get engaged?

He said: On our doorstep during frame stage our first house.

She said: On the doorstep of our first home that was currently building. Alan wanted us to always remember we started our married life together there.

8. Where did you get married?

He said: Newport Beach Temple.

She said: Newport Beach Temple. It was really pretty. We cried like babies.

9. How was the honeymoon?

He said: Like 2 teenagers going at it for the first time. GLOURIOUS!!

She said: The best! We went to a little cabin in Big Bear.

(I apologize for Alan's answer to number 9)

Another Video from last night

Here is a clip of the after-party with Imi. This is a clip of him playing Monster truck but before this he actually makes everyone get ready after lining up all this Monster Trucks and does a motion for fireworks and makes the sounds and everyone has to clap. Then he continues on to be the announcer and say "Ladies and Gentlemen......GRAVEDIGGER!" and rides gravedigger around and everyone has to clap....it's the funniest thing.

Imi's Birthday

Last night the family got together to celebrate Imi's 3rd Birthday! He got tons of Monster Trucks and had Dinoco Blue frosting cupcakes! Yum!

Imi opening presents

Logan checking them out!

Ma'a loving the balloons!

Yum! Cupcakes for Katie Do!

Here is a video of Imi blowing out his candle! I love at the end of the video how excited he is that he actually did it!

Countdown's begun....

Well, here I sit. It's about 8:45pm and Sarah/Dan's kidders are all sleeping, the house is semi-clean, and we are waiting the arrival of Sarah and Dan in an hour or two. This week has been a crazy one with babies galore. I honestly don't know how Sarah takes care of 6 kids day in and day out. After this week all moms (and dads)hold a high position in my ranking! :) Honestly though, the kids have been really good. I managed to avoid bathing Brock and Jake all week, thanks to older brothers and sisters doing the job for us and funny enough I had a hard time putting Jessica down tonight cause I wasn't going to get to see her in the morning. She does this silly worm thing when you go in her room for the first time in the morning. When she hears the door open she looks up and when she hears your voice she starts to get excited and kicks and wiggles her arms till you pick her up. It's stinkin cute. There is nothing better in this world than nieces and nephews. Every one of ours has their own personality and we love them for who they are and the silly things they do. So thanks Megan and Lindsay (currently the only ones adding to the group)for soon adding two more additions to love and watch grow!

PS. I just watched Jake walk downstairs so I take back my "all sleeping" comment.

Tagged and an Update

Well, before I start my tag I wanted to thank my mom for the right on update of this last week. I can't remember the last time I was this sick, but today minus my throat and cough, I'm feeling better. AND Lindsay, the LAST thing you need pregnant with a one year old is a sick baby or getting sick yourself! Thank you for the offer though! Alan sure took care of me and all the babies. I couldn't have done it without him. Just another reminder of how blessed I'm to have him in my life.

I've Been Tagged!

I've been tagged . . .

A. The rules of the game are posted at the beginning.
B. Each player answers the question about themselves.
C. At the end of the post, the player then tags 5 other people and posts there names. And then leaves a message on their blog letting them know they have been tagged and asking them to read your blog to get the directions.

What I was doing 10 years ago. . .

Huh, at 14? Probably hanging out with friends at the mall or something to that matter.

5 Things on my "To-Do" list today. . .

1.Breathing treatment for Jessica
2.Hyrum to Piano
3.Brianna to Gym
4.Wash
5.School work

3 Bad habits I have. . .

1. I jump to conclusions quickly
2. I talk on the phone WAY to much
3. I tend to keep putting my hair behind my ear when I'm nervous.

Places I have lived...

Gilbert, AZ

Things most people don't know about me...

My Dad and brother still to this day call me Beepers, and so does my husband.

Alan and I started dating the end of my Freshman year of High School.

I'm named after my grandma and my great aunt and my aunt.

I still look under the bed before going to sleep, alan makes fun of me and since I've been married I've been able to sleep in the dark but before that I always had a light on.

I dont mind keeping things straighten around the house, in fact, I cant stand things being left around BUT I do not like to clean!

Babies and Babysitting

This week (Tuesday to Tuesday) Alan and I are babysitting Sarah and Dan's 6 kidders while they get time to themselves to vacation in New York. There are two things that after only ONE day I can take away with me.

1. If you have 6 children, you mind as well have 20, they all start blurring together!

2. Sleeping in until 7 am is a blessing with 6 children that could potentially get up at any given time all night long.

We are lucky cause these 6 kids are great kids. (Actually, ALL my nieces and nephews are GREAT kids!) Sarah and Dan have them on a routine with chores and schedules, which keeps them all busy and active for the most part. (Keeping me active as well driving them around!) This week will be a busy one, but also a fun one with all the babers!

Super Bowl

I don't know how many of you watched the Super Bowl last night but I watched for one reason and one reason only, to see my friend Jeremy in his Super Bowl commerical! I've attached the commerical so you can all see it too! (He is the guy meeting Carmen Electra holding the picture with the peace sign!) Jeremy you rock!
